    We are currently investigating an issue resulting in customers experiencing intermittent slow performance on the Anaplan Platform. We are working to resolve this issue as quickly as possible and will provide updates every 30 minutes or upon resolution.

    On April 30, 2025, at 16:24 UTC, we received alerts indicating degraded performance. During the incident, customers may have noticed slower loading times when logging in and using the platform. This issue affected the following regions: * us1: Anaplan Data Center - US East * us2: Anaplan Data Center - US West * eu1: Anaplan Data Center – Netherlands * eu2: Anaplan Data Center – Germany * eu4: Anaplan Amazon Cloud Public – Europe * us5: Anaplan Google Cloud Public - US East * ap1: Anaplan Google Cloud Public – Japan * us7: Anaplan Amazon Cloud Public - US We identified that an infrastructure component wasn’t functioning correctly. All subcomponents were migrated to healthy components, and performance started to improve. Full service was restored at 16:40 UTC. Anaplan is currently engaged in a program of work to refresh our infrastructure hardware to improve overall performance and resilience. This work is due to be completed over the next few months.
