Our phone service provider has implemented a fix and is monitoring results. We have conducted test calls to our Support numbers and connected successfully with our support teams. We should be seeing relief now!

Our phone service provider has implemented a fix and is monitoring results. Our support agents, however, are still experiencing issues logging into our phone service provider's user portal, which is preventing them from connecting with the phone platform itself. As a result, you may be able to connect with our Support numbers and then find yourself in a holding pattern. We are continuing to troubleshoot these issues and report them back to our phone service provider. We will post another update once we have confirmed successful phone connectivity.
