- investigating Aug 18, 2025, 03:23 PM UTC
We are aware of and investigating an issue where users attempting to access Administrator Reports are seeing long load times followed by a "We'll be right back" message. Some mCLASS users are also reporting error messages when attempting to access the Teacher-led Assessment page. Our Product and Engineering teams are working diligently to find a root cause and implement a fix for this issue. We will notify you via email once this issue has been resolved. Thank you!
- investigating Aug 18, 2025, 03:58 PM UTC
Due to high latency, mCLASS applications were throwing errors affecting Teacher-led Assessment, Student Online Assessment, and Classroom Reporting. We scaled up the service at 11:06am ET. Right now, mCLASS users should not be seeing errors related to this incident. We will continue to monitor. If you continue experiencing issues related to the above mCLASS applications, please contact our Support Team. Long loading times and error messages in Administrator Reports still persist. Our Engineering team is continuing to investigate this issue.
- monitoring Aug 18, 2025, 04:47 PM UTC
A fix was implemented for the Administrator Reporting issue. We are seeing relief on all accounts who reported this issue earlier. We will continue to monitor.
- identified Aug 18, 2025, 05:29 PM UTC
We are aware of and investigating an uptick in errors for some mCLASS users attempting to access the Classroom Reporting and Teacher-led Assessment pages. The root cause of this issue is different than the mCLASS issue from earlier this morning, though the behavior on the platform will look the same.
- monitoring Aug 18, 2025, 05:44 PM UTC
Errors rates in the database that triggered a recent surge in mCLASS application errors auto-recovered about 15 minutes ago. Users should be seeing relief now. We are continuing to monitor this situation. Administrator Reports remain steady.
- monitoring Aug 19, 2025, 02:50 PM UTC
Last night, our Engineering team released a fix to address some performance issues that likely contributed to the errors seen on Administrator Reports yesterday. We will continue to monitor Administrator Reports today for any additional errors or performances issues.
