Our engineers are aware of this issue and will be a implementing a fix after school hours. In the meantime, logging the student out and then back into the Assessment will resolve this issue and allow your student to proceed.

    Clever is reporting that Amazon AWS, a service that works with Clever, is experiencing an issue for all users on the us-east. This is preventing users from being able to login to Clever. Clever is providing updates at https://status.clever.com/

    We have received reports this morning that those districts who access Amira via the HMH Ed platform are not able to load Amira. The Amira application is working normally, but HMH Ed is not launching Amira correctly. We are in touch with HMH directly to understand more. We will follow up with further updates.
