As of 15 minutes ago, our sofovz05 node, along with all the VPS hosted on it went unreachable. We've identified a hardware problem and our on-site staff will proceed with further debugging and replacing hardware as needed. Further updates are pending.

Our technicians swapped out a controller and booted up the server. All VPS are back online and no further outages are to be expected as system is stable now.
