    Our monitoring has detected that calls to Iovation are failing, requests are returning a "timeout of 2000ms exceeded" response. We’re awaiting resolution from the Iovation team.

    The TransUnion team has confirmed they are actively investigating increase timeouts for Iovation and working to fix the issue. Further updates will be shared as soon as they’re available.

    The TransUnion team has provided an update on the current status: "At approximately 12:24pm CT on Thursday, August 21st, 2025, we have identified a Cloudflare-related issue impacting multiple services including DeviceRisk. The impact is intermittent. Hence, you may experience an increase in response times and/or timeouts. Our engineers are diligently working to investigate the issue. We will provide periodic updates on our progress and notify you once the issue is resolved." We will continue to share updates on the status page as soon as new information becomes available from the TransUnion team.

    Our monitoring confirms that Iovation processing has returned to normal. We have not observed any timeout errors since 3:46 PM ET. Any applications that failed during this period can now be re-run successfully.
