We observed a disruption in IDP services starting at 10:47:00 AM IST (05:17 UTC) due to a hardware failure on the cloud provider's side. This hardware crash impacted the availability of the IDP services. The issue was mitigated by automatically shifting workloads to healthy hardware within the cluster.
