Bank-Verlag (DE) retrospectively informed about incident with PSD2 interface start - 24.02.2026 , 13:17 Uhr end - 24.02.2026 , 13:39 Uhr
Due to a maintenance event in our backend systems, we have observed an increased error rate in AIS requests that could have affected account selection for payment initiation. The incident is now mitigated.

During internal investigation, we have identified an issue with payment reconciliation in Caixabank where the provider doesn't return transactionStatus when retrieving payment details. We are working on a solution
