iCap sent a flood of emails switching repeatedly between "connected" and "disconnected" status to many of our users who have registered for email alerts on connection status of their encoders. Most of these customers experienced little or no actual interruption of service, but we did have to reset several iCap media relay servers to clear the condition, leading to scattered temporary reconnects or connection status delays.
