    Some of our cloud services which depend on the Amazon AWS US-East-1 data region are currently experiencing problems. AWS has acknowledged this as a general issue with their platform and is working on it, details here https://health.aws.amazon.com/health/status

    An emergency update to the Lexi service has been deployed that should allow previously created instances to start in many cases. We are still waiting on a full resolution to the root causes with AWS.

    The provider outage is returning to normal and Ai-Media / EEG systems are currently testing as all clear.
