Beginning around 1700 EDT / 2100 UTC on April 5th, and lasting approximately 2 hours, iCap experienced intermittent issues with audio & caption delivery due to improperly balanced load on the relay system. Our engineering team reviewed the load balancing mechanism in place on iCap and fixed the issue. The team is also working towards deploying several important updates to iCap in the near future, which will further harden the system and prevent issues like this going forward.
