We have identified an external technical issue resulting in a partial payout delay for DKK transactions processed through Citibank. As a result, a subset of customers will experience a delay in receiving their payouts scheduled for June 30, 2026. Our engineering teams are actively monitoring the situation and coordinating with the affected partner to support resolution efforts. We will provide further updates on the estimated delay as soon as we have more information.

We can confirm that as of 10:37 CEST on July 1, 2026, the issue resulting in a partial payout delay for DKK transactions processed through Citibank, has been resolved. The affected customers are expected to receive their delayed payouts by end of day on July 1, 2026 in accordance with their payout schedule. We will continue monitoring and provide further updates if necessary.
