We have identified an internal issue which started at 12:10 CEST on October 21, 2026 resulting in delays in the processing of refund requests for Pix payments. As a result of this issue, a subset of Pix refunds may remain in a pending state and not be processed in real time. Merchants may observe delayed status updates for submitted refund requests. Our engineering teams are actively investigating and implementing mitigation measures. We will provide further updates as soon as we have more information.
