The incident is still ongoing. Our infrastructure is up and running but we are depending on the third party provider to resolve their network issues in order for us to restore normal operation. The latest update is that they are preforming a deployment to resolve the main issue, then they will start recovering nodes which network traffic can run through. We do not yet have an ETA for full mitigation, but we will provide another update as soon as we know more.
