Due to internal services misconfiguration AdGuard websites was partially unavailable for some users during ~2 hours. All problems are solved now; we'll add postmortem about this situation later.
Due to an overwhelming number of requests to our authentication backend at the time, an internal issue occurred that temporarily disrupted its performance, which resulted in its partial unavailability. A permanent fix is in works, and in the meantime we're implementing a temporary solution to keep the backend operational. We would like to apologize for the inconvenience.
AdGuard website is currently under a DDoS attack and may be experiencing slow performance. Judging by the nature of the attack, the attacker is very unhappy that AdGuard blocks ads on movie websites (likely pirated ones), as we initially observed millions of HTTP requests like: “StopUpdatingRulesForMoviesWebsites=stopedtingformovieswebsites@gmail.com” Naturally, we will continue blocking ads on such sites — and we’ll strive to do it even more quickly and effectively than before (if that’s even possible).

For unknown routing reasons, a small number of users from SEA may have experienced problems with AdGuard DNS when using an unencrypted protocol (Plain DNS / UDP). The affected servers have been taken out of service, and we are continuing to investigate the cause of the problem. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Some users report that their dns queries logs are not visible in control panel. We're investigating the issue. No data will be lost
