    Incident Duration: Sunday, October 5, 2025 1:20pm MST – Sunday, October 5, 2025 3:06pm MST Root Cause: The search reader service experienced a memory issue, which temporarily prevented new data from being indexed into the database. Actions Taken: The affected service was rebooted to restore functionality, and the indexing process has resumed. We're actively monitoring as the system catches up to ensure all data is fully up to date. Preventative Measures: We've reviewed the reader's memory allocation and monitoring thresholds to prevent recurrence.
