    Abrigo recently completed a successful product update to our Sageworks products during our scheduled maintenance window. Starting this morning around 4:00am ET, our hosting provider performed underlying infrastructure maintenance, which caused intermittent connectivity issues between our application and servers for our Sageworks and financial crime solutions. Our team is actively investigating the issue in collaboration with AWS. We will provide updates here as more information becomes available. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your patience while we resolve this.

    Due to the Amazon Web Services outage, Abrigo fraud Detection's processing of X9 check files may have been delayed or paused since 8:00am ET. we will provide and update once the X9 file processing resumes.

    At 10:29 AM EST, we identified intermittent networking issues in BAM+ caused by the ongoing AWS global outage.     We are currently seeing that the intermittent timeouts have cleared. AWS is reporting that they are seeing recovery of their API and Services subsystems. We are continuing to monitor, but believe that BAM services are currently operational.

    Beginning at 8:51am ET on Monday, October 20th, the Sageworks application became unavailable due to a global outage with service provider, Amazon Web Services. This impacts internal Sageworks pages and external borrower portal pages. Our teams are actively working with the provider to restore access as soon as possible, and will provide updates when possible.

There are still ongoing AWS Global Outage issues preventing full recovery which may result in degraded performance to the following services: Not Loading: - Dynamic Application: - The portal itself is up - Applications themselves (Formio pages) may have residual effects loading - Small Business Lending: -Camunda pages and processes are not loading (3rd-party calls to Camunda which is also experiencing issues) Intermittent Issues: - Left navigation bar is intermittently working

    Current Status: Identified - As of 11:30 AM, the majority of core capabilities within Sageworks Analyst are restored. There are still ongoing AWS Global Outage issues preventing full recovery which may result in degraded performance to the following services: Dynamic Application, Automation Flows, and Decision Models. Users may also notice intermittent loading issues with the left-hand navigation bar.

    As of 6:00 PM ET, access has been restored to the Sageworks application for all solutions with the exception of Automation Flows and Decision Models. These solutions continue to be impacted by the Amazon Web Services (AWS) outage. Abrigo Connect is experiencing connectivity issues due to the ongoing AWS global outage. We are monitoring the situation and will provide updates as available. The team continues to monitor for AWS updates and work to restore access to the remaining solutions.

    SSH connections for file transfer were unavailable between 2:12 am ET and 11:02 am ET on July 14. HTTPS connections were not impacted and continued to function normally throughout. Any file transfers that were attempted via SSH during this time did not succeed and would have returned a failure message to the initiating system. These transfers must be reinitiated manually if the source system does not have an automatic retry mechanism.

    At 9:45 AM est a storage layer hardware failure for Sageworks Analyst caused a brief outage. Our designed automatic resiliency model fully supported the existing workload and performed as expected. This limited the impact to five minutes. This issue has been fully resolved.

    Abrigo experienced a brief interruption to DNS resolvability for several applications including Sageworks Analyst and some instances of BAM+ starting at 9:41 AM ET. The issue was corrected by 9:45 AM ET. Some services with longer TTL caches may have experienced partial service disruption until 10:05 AM ET. The issue has been fully resolved.
