    Starting at 04:00 UTC, Abnormal experienced a service disruption affecting email detection and remediation for some European customers using Inbound Email Security. During this time, some emails may not be properly analyzed or remediated. Abnormal's engineering team is actively working to resolve the issue and restore full functionality. Once service is restored, all emails from the impacted timeframe will be immediately reprocessed to ensure complete protection. Abnormal will provide updates as more information becomes available.
