    We have identified that the disruption is related to an electrical fault in our local infrastructure. The fault is affecting the voltage, causing parts of our equipment to shut down as a protective measure to prevent hardware damage. It also affects our ability to redirect traffic to an alternative hosting environment as intended. Our technicians are working together with electricians to resolve the issue as soon as possible. Here's what happened in plain terms: * What went wrong: Snow blocked a vent in our server room, causing a cooling failure and power issues. This led to storage problems and made Abicart and other Textalk-services \(Webarch, and Prenly\) unstable starting around 07:00 on Jan 11. * Our fixes: Team on-site rerouted power and added temporary cooling—most services back by afternoon. A morning traffic spike hit a temporary limit, but we adjusted it by 09:18; everything's running smoothly now. * What's next: We're reviewing routines and setups to prevent repeats.
