    Our Messaging platform (myMSP) is experiencing delivery issues. The API is accessible but the message delivery time is increased. Our team is working to resolve this issue. We will notify you as soon as more information is available. Issue start: 2026-09-29 15:50 Cause: Issue at hosting partner's data center is causing outbound message queue to be inoperable. Impact: Delivery of messages is delayed.
