    Zylo experienced a period of degradation between 10:15am EST and 11:43 EST that affected the ability for users to authenticate to the platform. All other back-end systems were still collecting and processing information normally. Zylo will be conducting an RCA to understand the root cause of the issue and will take the necessary steps to prevent a reoccurrence of the issue.
