    zyBooks experienced elevated error rates from approximately 1:20 PM until 1:45 PM. A misconfiguration was unfortunately introduced during an update that caused service disruption to some parts of the zyBooks platform. zyLabs, challenge activity submission, and some parts of activity reporting were affected. zyBooks engineers have restored a correct configuration and all systems are now operational.
