    We're currently investigating reports of call quality issues on some inbound and outbound calls. Updates to follow.

    Investigations are focussing on an issue with public peering on our London network, however we are seeing a general improvement in call quality for customers reaching us over public IP.

    One of our network infrastructure suppliers has identified an issue with a core link which, in turn, affected some traffic in our London IP network. The link has been taken out of service and the issue has been mitigated.
