Investigations are focussing on an issue with public peering on our London network, however we are seeing a general improvement in call quality for customers reaching us over public IP.

One of our network infrastructure suppliers has identified an issue with a core link which, in turn, affected some traffic in our London IP network. The link has been taken out of service and the issue has been mitigated.
