We have been advised by one of our operator partners that they are experiencing an outage which may affect some inbound UK voice traffic. We are awaiting an update from them and will update this incident in due course.

The issue is affecting the following: - UK local (+441, +442) Ziron-allocated numbers - UK national (+443) Ziron-allocated numbers - UK toll free (+4480) Ziron-allocated numbers - A small amount of UK local, national, and toll free numbers ported into Ziron from other operators UK mobile, the vast majority of UK numbers ported in to Ziron, and numbers in other countries are not affected by this issue. We are continuing to work with our operator partner for an update, and apologise for the inconvenience this outage is causing.

Our operator partner have just updated us to advise that they are investigating a major network outage. Updates to follow as soon as we have them.

Our operator partner have advised us that service has been partially restored. Our Initial tests are positive, and we will continue to monitor.

Our operator partner have advised that service is now restored - our ongoing monitoring shows traffic returning to normal levels. We are sorry for the inconvenience this outage will have caused - a full post-mortem will follow when we have received the same from our operator partner.
