Ziron incident
[web] DNS issues affecting dashboard and public web
Ziron experienced a minor incident on April 5, 2018, lasting 2h 51m. The incident has been resolved; the full update timeline is below.

It appears Cloudflare are having some DNS server issues, which in turn is affecting DNS resolution for dashboard.ziron.com and www.ziron.com. We are investigating further and will update shortly. All other services are currently unaffected.

Cloudflare have advised that they are "observing network performance issues in London. We are actively working to reduce or eliminate any impact to Internet users in this region."

Access to dashboard and public web is returning to normal in the UK and nearby countries that may have been using Cloudflare London for access.

Cloudflare have just provided an update, advising that they are seeing DNS requests fail in their London location. This will likely affect access to public web and dashboard from the UK and some other European countries.
