We are aware of issues with O2 UK's network which are having a knock-on effect with one of our main upstream operator partners for the home_network lookup service. This is causing NoResponseFromPeer timeouts to some destinations. We have engaged with the operator partner in question and will update this incident as soon as we have further information.

We understand that O2 are in the process of deploying a workaround on 6 of their MMEs, and are hoping that this will alleviate the service issues. There are no time scales for this work to be completed. However, our operator partner had advised that signalling issues have decreased and we are seeing a reduction in lookup timeouts.
