    We're investigating reports of intermittent call failures to Ziron local and national numbers. Outbound traffic, UK ported in and mobile numbers and other countries are not affected at this time.

    Further investigation suggests an issue occurred with an upstream third party operator, and we understand this has now been resolved. We are waiting for further information from this operator as to the nature of the issue, and will continue to monitor.

    No further issues have been seen or reported. The upstream third party operator has advised they discovered an issue with a particular route from another operator which caused some calls to fail for a short period of time.
