    We had a memory error due to attempts to send emails. We solved by reviewing allocated resources and augment our database engines in key-value distributed memory cache. The problem started at 15:30 UTC-0 and was solved at 18:30 UTC-0 with some periods of up time on the between We had a real downtime for Amazon SES which used up all email limits per day. We already requested an increase in the quota. Until 10/12/2023 this limit will be increased and e-mails will return as usual but documents creation and signing are 100% up.
