We have observed an issue where it was not possible to submit some jobs to the conversion API due to an incorrectly configured SSL certificate. Clients who used strict security checking on SSL connections to the https://api.zamzar.com may have seen errors such as "SSL certificate problem: Invalid certificate chain". This incident has now been resolved - any new jobs submitted to the API will now connect correctly.
