We use a tool to monitor network traffic. A recent update to this tool caused one of our servers to exceed its limit on the number of open connections, which impacted several unrelated services on that part of the network. This issue was challenging to identify because the disruptions were occasional and only affected certain users connected to specific parts of the system. Mike Johnstone | CEO
