    We noticed some problems with Container Registry service. Some users may not be able to use it . Developer team is notified and currently investigating this issue.

    We identified the root cause of this issue: it was a problem with edge proxy. Our dev-team fixed it at 15:29 GMT+3, and the service is operating normally.
