    An observer decline in operational efficiency has been identified within a subset of network-attached HDD drives located in the ru-central1-d availability zone. The development team has been notified of the issue and is actively engaged in resolving it.

    The issue was fixed at 22:00 (GMT +3). Now all Cloud services works as expected.
