We have noticed occasional short-term network connectivity problems with a number of resources in ru-central1-a. It is also possible that clusters of managed services are affected. The developers are already aware of the situation and are working on fixing it.

The issue was resolved at 16:46 MSK. The failure is a regression of the incident from 10.10, being much more limited in terms of impact on users, which is reflected in the Minor level of unavailability. The development team continues to work on system improvements to the stability of the network control loop.
