    AWS UAE (me-central-1) is currently experiencing an outage, impacting our .me UAE region services. EU and US regions remain fully operational with no observed impact. Our teams are monitoring closely and implementing mitigation where feasible while assessing business impact and ETA.

    We are continuing to work closely with AWS as they progress remediation efforts in the UAE (me-central-1) region and will keep customers updated as soon as we have new information.

    We are continuing to monitor the situation closely. As a workaround, UAE-hosted customers can be failed over to the EU1 region. Please reach out to your CSM if you would like to proceed with this option.

    We are continuing to monitor the situation closely while working with AWS UAE toward full remediation. As a contingency, a failover option to the EU1 region is in place for UAE-hosted customers if required. Customers who wish to proceed with failover can coordinate with their CSM.

    In line with guidance from AWS UAE, we strongly recommend that customers currently running workloads in the Middle East region take immediate steps to migrate those workloads to alternative AWS Regions.
