    There are reports that some customers are unable to generate their custom print template PDFs. We are currently investigating this issue.

    Our 3rd party provider is continuing to have an outage which is affecting PDF generation. We are continuing to work with them to resolve the issue.

    Our 3rd party provider has identified the issue with their API and is working on a fix for the issue.
