Dear Customers, Harmful third party interference to our hardware at this site has set back restoration efforts. Our technician has attended site and identified that our hardware has been exposed to recent rain by another party, and has replaced damaged hardware with a short term solution. Some customers remain offline in Orono, and others at Orono and downstream are experiencing slow speeds as a result. The site is awaiting new hardware to permanently resolve this issue.
