Our bulk email service provider is currently experiencing an outage on their platform. As a result we have switched to our backup email provider. Emails already sent from 12:00-1:00 PM PT will likely arrive with up to an hours delay. However, new emails sent out should arrive instantly. We will continue to monitor the situation to ensure the most reliable delivery of all email and will update this incident as new information becomes available.

Our primary bulk email provider has confirmed an outage on their platform. New emails appear to be delivering without issue via our backup provider. Older emails sent during 12:00-1:00 PM PT are still in the process of being delivered by our primary provider and should arrive in the next few hours.

Our primary bulk email provider has resolved the issues with their platform. All existing emails have been delivered at this time and overall email delivery appears to be stable. We are continuing to monitor email delivery and will provide further updates within the next hour.
