We are reaching out to let you know that Wink is making a change to how we communicate status with our users. While we will be maintaining our page status.winkapp.com to post details about major incidents impacting Wink API’s and connected services, users will no longer have the option to click and subscribe to automated alerts and will no longer receive automated text messages and emails when an update is posted to the status page. We will instead repost all Wink status alerts on our Twitter handle @WinkSupport and from our official Facebook page to share any information with our users. We invite you to follow us online so you can stay up to date with information regarding the Wink system, Hub or app updates, or news from the customer service team.
