For some minutes between 13:07 to 13:14 UTC, wikis in the s3 section ( https://noc.wikimedia.org/conf/highlight.php?file=dblists/s3.dblist ) were in read only mode (reads could happen, but edits were not allowed) due to unscheduled maintenance in order to fix ongoing database errors.
