    A Workspace ONE UEM (AirWatch) data center in Germany experienced availability issues which impacted some Omnissa Access and Workspace ONE Hub Services customers integrated with UEM in that data center. Omnissa Access and Workspace ONE Hub Services services are available. Impacted customers may have seen delays provisioning users from Omnissa Identity Service to UEM. Web browser access to the portal should not be affected. We are following the progress the UEM operations team is making in restoring stable connectivity to the data center. Service reliability is a top priority at Omnissa and we are making continuous improvements to better our systems.
