PayPal has reported a service disruption in its Production environment since 16:50 UTC on Friday, March 31, 2023 Since PayPal is one of the payment methods we support, our merchants and their customers using PayPal payment methods may experience higher-than-normal declines in transactions, during this PayPal service disruption.
