We are getting connectivity issues for Chase Paymentech in a Staging environment on Wednesday, Sept 6th, 2023. Our Network team is in touch with the Chase Paymentech team to get further updates. Please note that Only those Merchants using Chase Paymentech as their Payment Processor will see issues in processing batch and online transactions. This issue will only affect batch transactions (transaction renewals), not real-time transactions.
