Vero experienced a notice incident on December 12, 2015, lasting 2h 33m. The incident has been resolved; the full update timeline is below.

The tech team will be upgrading one of Vero's core redis servers. This change is due to allow future growth of the database but unfortunately the upgrade process will require some unavoidable downtime for calculating segments and sending newsletters. All newsletters scheduled to be sent during the maintenance period will be sent as soon as service is restored.
