    Due to a system error on December 2, the USPTO inadvertently abandoned some intent-to-use applications. The affected customers filed a timely request for an extension of time to file a Statement of Use, but received an incorrect abandonment notice dated December 2. We are working to quickly restore the correct status of these applications. We apologize for any inconvenience.
