Upserve by Lightspeed has received reports of customers utilizing gift cards from our partner, SwipeIt, experiencing processing errors. Our team is investigating the issue as quickly as possible.

Upserve by Lightspeed engineers have worked in conjunction with the SwipeIt Gift Card team to apply a change to the processing of SwipeIt Gift Cards. Both teams are continuing to monitor for improved performance of gift transactions.

Upserve by Lightspeed Engineering has continued to monitor improved performance for transactions with SwipeIt Gift Cards. At this time customers utilizing this 3rd party gift card service should be able to process live transactions without issue.
