Update timeline

  1. resolved Mar 24, 2026, 10:18 AM UTC

We experienced a brief service disruption earlier today affecting API requests and dashboard access. Some users may have seen 429 (rate limit) errors when sending emails or accessing the dashboard. What happened: A routine infrastructure update temporarily caused increased traffic to our API gateway, which exceeded a provider rate limit. What we did: We identified and resolved the issue. All services are now fully operational. Impact: API email sending was intermittently unavailable for ~2 hours Dashboard login and page loads were affected No emails were lost — queued emails will be delivered normally Current status: All systems operational. We apologize for the inconvenience. If you're still experiencing issues, please contact us at [email protected]. — Unosend Team
