We have an upstream network issue affecting access to a limited subset of destinations. This predominantly seems to be affecting access to sites hosted by the Akamai CDN, which includes Microsoft sites. We have an open ticket with our primary upstream provider and are investigating other options for further mitigation.

Akamai have made some changes and this issue is now resolved. All Akamai services are now reachable from our networks.
