Umbrellar experienced a minor incident on June 27, 2019 affecting NZ North, lasting 3h 38m. The incident has been resolved; the full update timeline is below.

We are currently investigating a hardware failure with one of the Nodes within the Umbrellar Cloud powered by Azure Stack cluster. Customer workloads may have experiences a short outage at around 2:18pm before being restarted on a different node. The node has been isolated for further investigation and our engineers are actively working on the issue. We will provide updates as they become available. The failed component has been identified as a memory module. It will be replaced by a vendor engineer and the node re-added to the cluster following further validation.
