Update timeline

  1. investigating Mar 04, 2020, 02:50 AM UTC

Due to the performance degradation of the Microsoft Azure Usage API, we unable to retrieve information about usage consumed in February by our customers and partners. As a result, we will not be able to issue invoices for consumption-based products (Azure PAYG, etc) in a standard billing cycle (at 4th of March). We will issue invoices as soon as we have information about consumed usage received from Microsoft. Sorry for any inconvenience.

  2. investigating Mar 06, 2020, 02:10 AM UTC

We are continuing to investigate this issue.

  3. resolved Mar 06, 2020, 02:13 AM UTC

We successfully downloaded all usage from the Microsoft Azure Usage API and uploaded it to our billing platform. We are going to generate invoices in the next 2 hours and will be sending those invoices to our customers and partners.
