Umbrellar experienced a notice incident on November 9, 2020 affecting Christchurch, lasting 37m. The incident has been resolved; the full update timeline is below.

The Umbrellar Networks Team are currently investigating network connectivity issues affecting services hosted in our ChC datacenter and the cause of the issue is being identified. Next update will be at 12:45

Services have been restored. The Networking Team are looking at the root cause of the issue.

Update - Umbrellar support have confirmed that all services have been restored. The affected boarder router has been taken out of production in order to restore its configuration. No further impact is expected as a result of the work being performed. Once the configuration has been restored the router will be placed back into production.
